A friend ordered a whole chocolate cake from me for his clients so I took more effort in baking this cake and I’m really glad with how the chocolate frosting turned out. Most of the time, I won’t bother sifting the cocoa powder and the icing sugar but since this was for a client, I did the sifting because I wanted a smoother texture.

I used Oreo cookie crumbs instead of graham crackers, melted the chocolate chips with milk, and put in the whole 250g of Philly cream cheese. The surface of the cake cracked a little even with the water bath - I guess this was caused by the oven temperature which was a little too high.
