Choc-O-Milo

I was eating my apple in the pantry and decided to start a conversation with the cleaner who was “servicing” the drinks machine. It so happened that she was cleaning the machine which I got hooked onto for two weeks before I found out that it did more harm to me (i.e., weight gain) than anything else. So, I managed to see what went on inside to make sure it fed me something safe. Upon inspection in the insides, I found out that I got tricked by the machine. Apparently, Choc-O-Chino, which I thought was (the extremely foamy) hot chocolate, is actually Milo.

What a rip.

July

My new job is going fairly okay. I prefer morning shifts because I get to avoid the jams, I can find parking easily and somehow, the time flies quicker than usual. The work environment is pretty laidback and I have yet to adapt myself to that kind of culture (especially when I came out from a hectic one!). Drinking on weekends have also become a weekly routine; so is meeting old friends for dinners and such. As expected, there’s less or no time for WoW anymore which I think may be a good thing(?). After all, as mentioned before, the regulars aren’t on WoW due to real life commitments and I have moved into that phase as well. Within a short period of time, a lot of events have taken place and so far, they’re all working out positively.

Will be taking the bus down south to see a dear friend end of next month. I cannot wait!

It’s July already?

Seems like I haven’t been keeping up with my power leveling. I’m 4% to level 68 and after that, I’ll be training my lockpicking and profession skills and doing BG again. Hoping to do the chain quests of The Ring of Blood - perhaps it’s about time I make my (RL) warrior friend come back to WoW? Heh.

My intensive training begins this Thursday and I’ll be back to working normal hours by then. Hence, less time on WoW and more time will be spent outdoors. However, it’s not a bad thing - I can’t wait to start work at the office!
